My 5 year old son Austin started 4 months ago and he absolutely loves it. I was hesitant because he has ADHD and high functioning autism. I have to say his teacher Mr. Hebert is absolutely amazing with the kids. Austin can lose focus quite often, but he gets him right back on task and never gets frustrated. It's a great outlet for Austin to burn some energy, and make friends. I love how the focus is more than just martial arts. It's way more than that and these lessons and skills are something that Austin can use in his everyday life. I would recommend Mastery to everyone I know!
